Care that feels like family,
delivered in the home
you already love.
Favoured Health Care is a CQC-registered community interest company providing domiciliary, nursing and mental health support across Surrey and south London — rooted in the belief that good care begins with being truly known.
Three kinds of people call us first.
Arranging care for a parent or partner.
We guide you through assessment, funding options and first visits — usually within seven days.
Choosing support in your own home.
From a friendly weekly visit to round-the-clock live-in care, shaped around how you actually live.
Referring with confidence.
Fast response, clean reporting, CQC-compliant packages. Established relationships with Surrey authorities.
Six services,
one careful standard.
Every package we deliver is designed around one person. We don't shoehorn people into a template — we listen, assess, and assemble the team that fits.
Domiciliary care
Help with washing, dressing, meals, medication and company — from half-hour visits upward.
Nursing at home
Clinical support from NMC-registered nurses: wound care, catheters, medication administration.
Mental health support
Trained support workers for adults living with anxiety, depression, psychosis or dementia.
Learning disability support
Enablement-first support that builds independence — at home, at college, out in the community.
Palliative & end of life
Dignified, gentle care in partnership with district nurses and hospice teams.
Night sitters & respite
Overnight cover, live-in placements, and scheduled breaks for family carers.

Started by a nurse.
Run like a family.
Favoured Health Care was founded in 2014 by registered nurses who had spent decades in the NHS and private care, and wanted to build something smaller, warmer and more accountable.
Today we remain a Community Interest Company — profits are reinvested into training our carers, paying London Living Wage, and supporting our partner charity in Ghana. We believe you can feel the difference when the people looking after your loved one are looked after themselves.
Not sure where to start?
Answer three quick questions and we'll suggest the kind of care that's most likely to fit. No form, no email required — just clarity.
Who is the care for?
Checked, and checked again.
Because care happens in private, it has to be held to higher-than-usual standards of transparency. We welcome inspection.

“After three agencies in two years, Favoured were the first who took the time to actually meet my mother before drawing up a plan. The same two carers have been visiting her for eighteen months now. That continuity is everything.”
A conversation, not a commitment.
The first step is a free, no-obligation call with one of our coordinators. We'll listen, answer your questions, and only suggest a visit if it feels right.
